Hannah Lynch successfully represented a local authority in a SEND Hearing before the First-Tier Tribunal, in an appeal against the contents of sections B, F and I of a young person’s EHC Plan. The appeal concerned the correct special educational provision for a young person with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder and learning difficulties.
