Our building is fully accessible for wheelchair users. We have fully-trained fire marshals and first aiders on site. Our electronic equipment is fully PAT tested and regularly maintained and our fire safety assessment is regularly reviewed.
We have secure facilities on-site for sensitive data to be stored. We have email management software to ensure the safe delivery of emails and their attachments. In adherence with the General Data Protection Regulations we do not store personal information that does not need to be stored. We manage large files of data with various approved ‘file share’ software. The hardware used by the barristers and the clerks is encrypted. For longer term storage solutions we have an off-site storage facility allowing retrieval within 2 hours.
St Pauls Barristers Chambers has in-house support systems together with on-site tech support allowing us to provide a modern and adaptive range of services to barristers, lawyers and clients.
St Pauls Chambers can facilitate stable video links by virtue of our designated Leased Line internet. 3 conference rooms are equipped with wireless presentation screens allowing connections to Windows and Apple Laptops.
