Kristina Goodwin successfully secures acquittals of a youth charged with attempt rape and sexual assault by penetration on a female under 16.
The youth faced allegations by two complainants of serious sexual offences.
Following a recent trial, the young person was found not guilty of all charges including attempt rape and sexual assault by penetration. Kristina Goodwin was instructed by McCormicks solicitors.
