Our juniors earn more and do better quality work than in any other set on Circuit and beyond. They have clear career progression and are mentored and supported throughout. Regular practice meetings are held with our Senior Clerk, and Heads of Chambers take a keen interest in supporting juniors and helping them develop their skills and practices.

The opportunities to be led in large, high-profile and complex cases in our chambers is second to none.

Our Senior clerk has been nominated for Senior Clerk of the year in the Legal 500 awards. She is the only clerk outside of London chambers to receive such a nomination.

In 2024 we had a record three ‘home-grown’ silks appointed in one year. We focus on growing and nurturing talent.
