Ayesha Smart has secured a not guilty verdict for her client following a three day trial at York Crown Court. The defendant faced multiple allegations of inappropriate sexual touching against a single complainant. Ayesha was instructed by McCormicks Solicitors in Harrogate.
Philip Standfast has been instructed by Preston CPS to prosecute a defendant charged with Kidnap at knifepoint. The trial will be heard at Burnley Crown court.

The trial will be heard at Burnley Crown Court and the prosecutor is Philip Standfast. This will be the second round of Phillip v Jessica as the same defendant has other matters listed for trial in the new year.
