St Pauls Chambers is delighted to have been shortlisted for the Personal Injury Awards 2012. Nominations include Chambers of the Year and Barrister of the Year.

Members of the civil team will be attending the award ceremony in London on 14 November 2012. Robert Smith has been nominated for Barrister of the Year and St Pauls has been shortlisted for Chambers of the Year.

The emerging success of the civil team has seen a growing interest in St Pauls Chambers. Its members advise claimants and defendants in respect of catastrophic injury claims, fatal accidents, industrial disease, road traffic accidents, employers’ liability and public liability. All types of work are handled at Silk and junior counsel level and barristers can be instructed on a conditional fee basis, or on a private client basis. Clinical negligence expertise ranges from claims against hospital doctors in all fields of discipline as well as general practitioners and physiotherapists, to dental practitioners and problems arising from laser eye surgery.
