Nick Worsley KC leading Nick Leadbeater of Charter Solicitors, represented Calum Sunderland who was charged with the murder of Bryonie Gawith and her three children, Denisty, Oscar and Aubree in a devastating arson attack at their home last August. His co-accused Sheraz Ali was convicted of murder. Sunderland was acquitted of murder and convicted of manslaughter.
