We are very pleased to announce that Kristina Goodwin has successfully completed her pupillage and has been voted in as a tenant at St Pauls Chambers.
AREAS OF PRACTICE:
Crime: Kristina regularly appears in the Crown Court and Magistrates’ Court for both the prosecution and defence in trials, sentencing, appeals against conviction as well as range of general criminal work.
Inquests: Kristina appears for bereaved families in Domestic and Article Two inquests. Kristina provides advice and representation from initial contact with the coroner, disclosure, pre–inquest review hearings and final hearings.
Civil: Kristina has experience in a number of areas across the civil spectrum, including personal injury, landlord and tenant, mortgage possession and contractual disputes. Kristina regularly appears on behalf of parties in Stage 3 hearings, applications, fast track trials, small claims hearings and CMC’s. Kristina frequently prepares quantum advices on a range of personal injury matters.
Family: Kristina has an interest in both public law and private law children matters having previously worked as an advocate for children undertaking wishes and feelings work on a daily basis. Kristina accepts a broad range of instructions on behalf of the local authorities, parents and children.
