Jane Brady represents Defendant acquitted after a 6 week trial, by unanimous verdict of the jury.
The defendant was charged along with 11 others of Gross Indecency with a Child in 1996, on an Indictment alleging offences of Child Sexual Exploitation. He was the first defendant of 6 in a 6 week trial at Bradford Crown Court, concluding on Friday, 13 December 2024. The defendant had been arrested 7 years to the day on 13 December 2017.
The case was prosecuted by Kama Melly KC, Catherine Duffy and Jonthan Harley.
The defendant was represented by Jane Brady.
The defendant was acquitted by unanimous decision of the jury. The other defendants will be sentenced at a later date.
The defendant was represented by Priestley Legal of Bradford who commented about Jane:
