Hannah Lynch was pleased to have been asked by Lexis Nexis to prepare a Case Analysis of the recent decision – Case Analysis – May 2021 – R (BA) v Nottinghamshire County Council), which considered, amongst other things, the effect of the national lockdowns on the legal obligations on LAs to secure the delivery of special educational provision in section F of an EHC Plan.
