Gabrielle prosecuted a teaching assistant who had committed various sexual offences against colleagues and pupils at his school.
It concerned eight counts, including voyeurism, making and taking indecent photographs of a child, possessing a prohibited image of a child, three counts of assault on a child under 13 (by touching a child’s buttock and vagina) and a count of causing/inciting a child under the age of 13 to engage in sexual activity.
His internet devices were seized and 2,777 still and moving category C indecent images were found.
The Defendant received five years and eight months imprisonment.
He was also given a lifelong sexual harm prevention order.
The Defendant was also required to register on the Sex Offenders Register.
