Court of Appeal Success for Barrister, Frances Pencheon

Frances Pencheon is once again, successful in getting a reduction in sentence for her client.

In R v B Frances appealed the sentence imposed for causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

The defendant was 19 at the time of the offence and had significant mental health difficulties.

The sentence was reduced from 2 years immediate in a young offenders institution to 16 months suspended for 2 years.
