Voldi Welch is an experienced civil practitioner, specialising in personal injury, clinical negligence, contract disputes and consumer credit issues.
Before joining the Bar, Voldi was a solicitor and Partner at a well-known law firm.
Before joining the Bar, Voldi Welch was a former solicitor and Partner at a well-known law firm for a number of years. He brings with him his detailed knowledge of the demands faced by a solicitors in practise. He has an ability to quickly gain clients’ confidence and is described as friendly but very persuasive. Solicitors and clients alike are reassured by his robust and determined approach.
Aside from his Practice, Voldi also lectures in law at Huddersfield University.
Voldi receives instructions from specialist civil law Solicitors who recognise Voldi is a barrister who is able to advise and assist in some very niche areas of civil law. In particular:
