Practice Overview
Tayo was offered Tenancy at St Pauls Chambers after successfully completing pupillage under the supervision of James Bourne-Arton, a senior criminal and civil practitioner.
Tayo enjoys a mixed practice, receiving instructions in all areas of criminal, personal injury and family law.

AREAS OF PRACTICE
Criminal Law
Tayo is a Grade 2 Prosecutor and defends regularly in the magistrates and Crown courts. Tayo is currently briefed by the Serious Fraud Office as disclosure junior in the prosecutions of three individuals accused of carrying out a fraudulent scheme to divert money from the Axiom Legal Financing Fund for their own benefit.
Family Law
Tayo receives instructions in all areas of private and public law proceedings. Tayo has represented local authorities as well as private individuals in care proceedings. Tayo recently acted on behalf of a local authority and secured a Special Guardianship Order following a 5-day contested hearing. She is currently briefed in proceedings involving allegations of serious non-accidental injury to a young child.
Personal Injury
Tayo receives instructions in personal injury cases arising from road traffic accidents and accidents at work. She provides advice on liability and quantum. She is also happy to draft pleadings across a wide range of areas.
