Nick Worsley KC instructed by Zahid Majeed of Ashmans Solicitors and leading Ed Moss successfully secured the acquittal of his client, IA – the driver of a Jeep who was alleged to be involved in a ‘drive by’ shooting.
The victim was gunned down in the street in Rotherham. IA admitted driving the vehicle at the time and prosecutors attempted to use IA’s convictions for firearms offences against him; but the jury unanimously acquitted after just over four hours deliberation.
