Derek Duffy, instructed by Arabella Snelling of O’Garra Cohen Cramer secure the acquittal for Sarah Moulds on all charges of causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal. The jury at Lincoln Crown Court heard how Sarah Moulds “chastised” a grey horse named Bruce Almighty, after the animal ran into a road in Lincolnshire in November 2021. The 39-year-old lost her job as a teacher after video footage emerged, but denied two animal cruelty offences.
