The Search For Missing Children

A High Court Judge has launched a nationwide hunt for four missing children from Llanelli. They should have been returned to their father in Spain and are believed to be with their mother, Jennifer Jones.

Whether it is a child’s removal from or to the UK, or a child’s retention in or away from the UK, St Pauls Chambers offers child abduction barristers available to advise and assist in cases of international child abduction. Not limited to Hague of Brussells II (revised) countries, our experts are able to cover urgent applications on behalf of parents, whether as applicant or
respondent, from all over the world and can obtain vital Court Orders necessary to ensure the best protection for children. Regardless of whether a parent lives inside or outside the UK, St Pauls Chambers child abduction lawyers can offer a wide range of advice and, in appropriate cases, assistance and representation. Simon Bickler QC and Denise Breen-Lawton
lead the way in this field

Family lawyer Marilyn Stowe said missing mother Jennifer Jones has abducted her children and must come forward and apologise for her "emotional" behaviour. She told Daybreak the longer the children are missing, the more serious the case against the mother becomes:

"If we expect children who are abducted from England to be returned by other courts, so we must show that we will return children who have been abducted to the courts of other countries"
