He is a specialist in Toy Safety and other cases involving dangerous products. He has appeared in a number of Health and Safety Prosecutions concerning fatal accidents and is presently acting in a number of disciplinary cases brought by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority, the FSA, the Police ( Inquests) and has recently been appointed as a member of the Accountancy and Actuarial Disciplinary Board.
Jeremy is the visiting Professor of Law Informatics at Leeds University and an elected member of the Bar Council. He also sits as a Recorder in Criminal and Civil cases.
