CRIME
Acts for both the prosecution and the defence.
Has a particular interest in regulatory, fraud and white collar crime, and motoring law. Alun is a CPS panel advocate and has prosecuted for the DTI, SOCA, FACT, (formerly) HM Customs & Excise and the Royal Mail.
His broad practice gives him an advantage when there is a cross-over with the civil law such as cases where findings in the criminal courts may have an impact on pending professional disciplinary hearings, civil claims, inquests or confiscation matters. Cross examination of experts is a particular strength.
